TRIO-CHEM Plastisol Ink For Textile

TRIOCHEM Plastisol can be referred to as 100% solid thermoplastic ink that requires heating the printed ink film to a temperature high enough to cross-link and thereby solidify, or cure. It is easy to print on most textile substrates and show excellent adhesion as long as the substrate fabric is tolerant of the curing temperature and porous enough to permit good ink penetration. It comes in formulations that can be printed on light and dark fabrics due to its high opacity.

Intended Fabrics: cotton or cotton blended

Screen Mesh: up to 300 mesh count

Curing: fully cured when entire ink film thickness reaches 160°C for a period long enough, dependent on the type of plastisol inks.

Print Feel: rubbery
